In honor of World Refugee Day, WMQFA is working with the Bureau of Refugee Programs of the Wisconsin Department of Children and Families to offer free admission on Friday, June 21, with extended hours until 6pm.

WMQFA Senior Curator Emily Schlemowitz will be providing free gallery talks throughout the day, and admission to the museum's 25 Million Stitches: One Stitch, One Refugee exhibition will be free for everyone!

As the artist who organized the exhibition, Jennifer will take you through the evolution of this remarkable project and how it has made a lasting impact. Take advantage of this opportunity to hear the story of an exhibition that has brought attention and gravitas to the worldwide refugee crisis.
