Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship Packages include:

  • Your choice of Booth Location (first paid, first assigned)

  • Your logo and/or name will be placed on:

     Show marketing materials (event posters, onsite program, signage)

     Show website (www.winterquiltshow.com)

     Promotional emails

  • Preferred access to time slots for lecture presentation

  • Two (2) additional tickets with $50 packages, four (4) additional tickets with $100 packages

  • Sponsorship of category of choice (first paid, first granted)

Additional overall event sponsorship opportunities are available - get creative, and we will be glad to find the best way to showcase your business!

To become a Winter Quilt Show sponsor:

  • Check the appropriate sponsorship box on the Exhibitor Registration Form or give the show coordinator a call

  • Submit your sponsorship fee with your booth deposit

  • Choose your preferred booth location from availability at time of registration

  • Email your high resolution store logo in one of these formats .gif, .jpg, .png, .ai to winterquiltshow@wiquiltmuseum.com ASAP but no later than November 1, 2022

Available sponsorship categories($50 each except where noted):

1. Large Quilt (any technique, perimeter measures greater than 280”): Soap Escape

2. Lap Quilt (any technique, perimeter measures between 160"-180”): Ye Olde Schoolhouse

3. Small Quilt (any technique, perimeter measures less than 160”): Marvyda & Naomi

4. Modern Style Quilt (any size): Blue Bar Quilts, Inc.

5. Art/Improv Quilt (any size, non-traditional): Blue Bar Quilts, Inc.

6. Youth under 18 (made entirely by entrant): Heuer’s Sewing Center

7. Miscellaneous Sewn/Quilted (decor, personal/table accessories, wearables): Pins & Pieces Quilt Shop
